With Covid-19 still around we would like for you to let our front desk know while your booking an appointment if you have been exposed or showing symptoms of Covid-19.

Covid-19 has changed our life in several ways. It has impacted our Offices as to the way we practice. We have taken all measures to keep our Offices sanitized as per CDC guidelines.

We have been cleaning all patient rooms especially surfaces of exam tables, countertops, faucet handles, door handles with disinfectants IN BETWEEN PATIENTS. This does cause extra time delays and we do apologize for the same.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL OUR CHILDREN TO KEEP THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULED PHYSICAL APPOINTMENTS AND GET THEIR SCHEDULED VACCINES

As we are a new company, we encourage all parents and Caregivers to complete the HIPPA / Registration and Release of information paperwork prior to the appointment to save waiting time in office. These forms can be downloaded online from our website under the tab Patient Forms.
